The Service is intended for teachers, educators, tutors, parents, and adult puzzle enthusiasts. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are using the Service on behalf of a school or organization, you represent that you have authority to agree to these terms.
Word lists, puzzle titles, and custom content you create belong to you. We do not claim ownership of puzzles you create using the builder. You grant us a limited license to store and display your content if you save puzzles to your account.
You are responsible for ensuring your word lists and puzzle content are appropriate for their intended audience and do not violate any laws or third-party rights.

Core puzzle creation and printing are free. Certain features (such as PNG export and saving more than a limited number of puzzles) require a paid subscription. Pricing details are on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
The Word Search Generator software, design, logos, and pre-built puzzle templates are owned by us and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform or templates without written permission.
Puzzles from the "Puzzle Common" library are provided for educational use. Teachers may print and distribute these puzzles to their students free of charge. Commercial resale is not permitted.
The Service may optionally integrate with OpenAI (for AI word suggestions) and Google (for authentication, analytics, and advertising). Your use of these features is also subject to those providers' terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. Puzzles are generated automatically and may occasionally contain placement errors.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $10 USD, whichever is greater.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where we operate.
